Pool membership is
provided to residents as a separate membership at a discounted rate
compared to non-residents.
The tennis courts, ball field and storage lot are free to all residents, both Single family and Multifamily.
Access to the storage lot, if space is available, is provided to residents after a storage lot application defining
the personal property to be stored is completed and submitted to the STRA President.

The pool season
generally begins
Mid May and ends around Labor Day. Check the Recreation Assoc. bulletin board for details.
The clubhouse and pool are available to rent for parties, pool parties and gatherings.
