Clubhouse rental:

Maximum occupancy - 100
Available 9 AM to 11 PM
Residents - $40 + $50 cleaning deposit
Nonresidents - $50 + $50 cleaning deposit


Pool rental:

Available 8 PM - 11 PM

Note:   Lifeguards are required at all pool functions. 
              The renter is responsible for the lifeguards hourly pay as well as the following fees.


Residents - $20 + $50 cleaning deposit
Nonresidents - $40 + $50 cleaning deposit


Tennis courts are free to residents and guests.
